LOA Training
The following training is a class that was requested by a broad number of Mortgage Brokers nationwide. Growing teams successfully is difficult and doing so in the mids of very business schedules and tight timelines is even more daunting. That is why we have built this training for your new Loan Assistant, or Loan Partner, to help fulfill the first full week of their time in education and activities that will lead to quick success.
To get the most out of this training the newly minted LOA should take the course work at their own pace, but it should not be done in a single day. Instead, the activities and follow-ups should be exercises done with a mentor who will help them understand your own systems, procedures, and clarify expectations. In this way, they will get a crash course of general knowledge and then the opportunity to immediately apply it to their daily work and environment.
At the end of each lesson, there are assessments and activities for you to use with your Mentor in identifying areas of understanding and areas of need for more training. Here’s to great growth with a great team!
