When do AIME Memberships renew?
- All AIME Memberships renew on January 1st of the following year.
- Your card currently on-file will be charged automatically if your membership isn’t changed before the next January 1st.
- You must change your membership tier before January 1st if you want to upgrade or cancel paid membership before renewing your current membership.
- No refunds will be issued to memberships charged on each January 1st.
How do I make changes to my membership?
To make changes to your membership by logging in to the AIME Member Portal (AMP), clicking your name on the top of the page, then scrolling to the bottom of your profile and clicking “Change Renewal Plan.” Then, choose the plan that is correct for you.
My AIME Membership was charged on January 1st. Am I able to get a refund?
- Refunds cannot be issued for AIME Memberships.

How do I know which AIME Membership tier is right for me?

How often will I get referrals?
We use a round-robin process when referring members on the Brokers Are Better Facebook group. The number of referrals will vary depending on how many other VIP and Elite members are in your home state.
How do I submit an escalation?
You must be a VIP or Elite member to submit an escalation request. Once you have logged into the AIME Member Portal (AMP), then choose the icon that says, “ Escalate a Loan.” From here, you will fill out all the required information about the file in question.
How long is my membership valid for?
Membership is valid for a calendar year. (Example: If you signed up for Elite membership on April 5th, that means your membership is good until December 31st of that same year.)
How do I reset my AIME Member Portal (AMP) password?

How do I update my email address?
If you would like to update the email address associated with your account or if you recently changed brokerages, then please email info@aimegroup.com, and we can update the system to have the most up-to-date information.
How do I get past the blank white screen on the AIME Member Portal (AMP)?
- After inputting your login credentials on the AIME Member Portal (AMP), you may get a blank white screen. If this occurs, click the ‘back’ button in your browser, and the home screen should load.
- If the issue persists, please go to the URL, then type (/x), and this should get you into the system. If you aren’t able to get in after trying this, feel free to reach out to info@aimegroup.com for assistance.
