Encourage them to fill out the Board of Directors Nomination form.
What does it mean to be a member in good standing?
A member in good standing is someone whose membership is paid and up-to-date with an NMLS license (if applicable) also in good standing.
What happens if there is a tie for a Board of Directors seat?
In the event of a tie, AIME’s Chairman will be the deciding tie-breaker.
What happens if not enough nominees run for open seats on the Board of Directors?
Any empty seat will be appointed by AIME’s Chairman.
